End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: July 2026

This End User License Agreement is a legal contract between you (either an individual or an engineering entity) and Zylvex Technologies for the use of the ZylForge software client.

1. License Grant

Zylvex grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the ZylForge software executable locally on authorized workstations under the purchased subscription tier (Starter, Professional, or Team).

2. Software Use Restrictions

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, bypass security dongles, or extract geometry kernel modules from the ZylForge binaries. Plugins developed using the SDK must run within the sandbox parameters detailed in ADR-003.

3. Local Inference and Data Sovereignty

The license terms state that ZylForge is designed to execute locally, and is intended to prevent transmission of geometric design nodes, assembly parameters, or G-code instructions to third-party networks. Local calculations are intended to remain fully private on-device.
